日前收到Citybank I.T. 張credit card 嘅statement,見到到要收annual fee。 我見我都好耐無碌過哩張咭,平時又無乜幾可會去 I.T. 買野喎,咪打算cut咗張咭lor.. 點知我打電話去咭中心,個Customer Service 話唔可以經電話cut card,一定要親自去分行cut先得,真係麻煩喇!!
因為我太唔想俾annual fee,所以都係去左分行搞。一去都就同個staff 講要cut card,佢好快就幫我填好份form 同埋剪左我張咭。 不過佢係剪完張咭先問我點解要cut 張咭,咁我咪話因為要收annual fee 同埋少用張咭。
過左一日,就收到citi bank打電俾我,話多謝我一路支持佢地張I.T.credit card,話有什麼優惠promote 喎,我咪同佢講我巳經cut左張card lor.. 再過一日,佢地又打電嚟話會幫我wave annual fee,叫我再考慮keep番張card,但我話張咭巳經俾你同事剪左喇喎。佢竟然話唔緊要,佢地會issue 張新咭俾我,個CS 仲強調唔會收任何charge添,你話佢地係咪攞嚟搞吖,個annual fee 其實明明可以唔收,做乜要charge 人呢? 做乜又要剪完人地張咭先wave 個fee 同埋re-issue張咭咁多此一舉呢? 真係今人費解。
